"Featuring” is when an artist brings another artist/band into their songs. “With” is the same as “featuring”.

For example: Madonna feat. M.I.A. & Nicki Minaj – Give Me All Your Luvin‘(featuring artists: “M.I.A.” and “Nicki Minaj”). You can only insert a featuring artist if his/her name is already part of the artist's name.

For example:
Artist: Madonna feat. M.I.A. & Nicki Minaj
Performer: Madonna
Featuring 1: M.I.A.
Featuring 2: Nicki Minaj
