To publish your music with us, you don't need an ‘official’ label or a publisher. As long as you own all the copyrights to your songs, you can offer and sell your songs with us. So you don't need to have a record company or anything similar, you can get started at any time. When you create a label in your account, just pay attention not to use someone else's name and not to infringe trademark rights (e.g. "Coca Cola Records" would be a trademark infringement).

The licensor expressly guarantees that all the files and the labels signed up to DANCE ALL DAY (DAD) will not be distributed to any other distributors or to any other download stores. Read the license agreement for more information.
