As long as you hold the rights to the music you upload on Feiyr.com, you can sell your Mp3 without any problems. You do not need a label. When you create a label in your account, just pay attention not to use someone else's name and not to infringe trademark rights (e.g. "Coca Cola Records" would be a trademark infringement).
