To release a remix version of someone else's song, you need to obtain written permission from copyright owners. Also, if you found an image you want to use for your cover artwork, you need to contact the photographer or copyright holder up-front to secure permission. You are not allowed to release mashups and DJ-mixes for promotion.

You need to get permission from the publishers, copyright owners, authors and composer of a song. The GEMA cannot grant approval!

Please send us written permission for your intended use from the copyright holder, so we can be sure you own the rights to your song. Otherwise, we cannot release your release.
