Mein Name ist Karl-Heinz Sehling, geboren 1960 in Aachen. Ich wohne derzeit in Simmerath (Eifel) und habe dort ein kleines Musikstudio. Mein Faible für Musik war schon in frühen Jahren sehr ausgeprägt. Ab meinem 9. Lebensjahr nahm ich für 8 Jahre Klavierunterricht. Leider war mein Klavierlehrer sehr auf Klassik spezialisiert, damit konnte ich jedoch nicht viel anfangen. Später folgten Lehre, Beruf und Familie, so dass für das eigene Musikschaffen keine Zeit mehr blieb. Jedoch habe ich intensiv Musik konsumiert. Für mich war Pop und Rock, später auch Hard Rock und Metal meine bevorzugte Musikrichtung. Eigentlich fast alles, außer halt Klassik und Schlager. Auch heute bin ich immer noch dem Classic Rock verbunden, höre immer noch die 70er und 80er und sehr viel Alternative Rock. Seit 2020 mache ich wieder selber Musik. Dazu habe ich mir ein kleines Studio eingerichtet und arbeite hauptsächlich mit meiner DAW Apple Logic ProX. Desweiteren arbeite ich mit verschiedenen PlugIns wie von Native Instruments, Korg, Easy Drummer, Ozone11 und viele weitere. Ich veröffentliche meine Produktionen als Download, die von Streaminanbietern wie Spotify, iTunes, Amazon, Qobuz, Juno, Deezer und weiteren angeboten werden. Beim Produzieren habe ich mich jedoch mehr auf den Ambient, Synth Pop und Pop - Bereich festgelegt. Auch meditative Klänge sind von mir zu erhalten. Neben meinem Bürgerlichen Namen produziere ich außerdem unter den Projektnamen „WellerMÄN“, „KASEHL“, „Sehling“. Meine weiteren Hobbys sind Fotografie und Fahrrad fahren. Gerne mache ich auch mit meiner Frau Reisen durch ganz Deutschland. Ich wünsche viel Spaß beim Hören meiner Musik.
