You may have selected the wrong language for your track or release. Here, you have to select the language in which your track-title is written, not the language in which it's sung (Audio language).

Here you have an example:

Title: Thank You = ENGLISH

Title: Danke = GERMAN

Title: Grazie = ITALIAN

Title: Merci = FRENCH

Title: Gracias = SPANISH

Go to your tracks and/or release, click on "Edit" and select the right language.
