For eBooks that contain pornography, adult content or adult-only content, an FSK 18 rating must be included in the metadata. In addition, a clearly visible FSK 18 label must be placed on the cover.

It is also prohibited to publish eBooks that may be biased against individuals, groups or organisations based on various criteria such as race, religion, disability, gender, age, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or political affiliation.

The following other content is also prohibited:

• Content that promotes or supports hatred, discrimination or violence against a particular ethnicity, race, religion, nationality or social group.
• Content that promotes illegal activities, drug abuse, self-harm or other dangerous behaviour.
• Content that involves copyright infringement, such as the unauthorised use of copyrighted material or pirated material.
• Content that is harassing, defamatory, threatening or abusive.
• Content that glorifies or promotes violence, cruelty or abuse.
• Content that advocates or depicts illegal or unethical practices, such as hacking, cracking or the sale of illegal goods or services.
• Content that violates the rights of others, including privacy, data protection or intellectual property rights.

It is important that you strictly adhere to these guidelines to ensure that your content is compliant and does not contain objectionable subject matter.

We reserve the right to suspend your Feiyr account in the event of repeated breaches of the shop and platform guidelines. It is therefore extremely important that you ensure that the content you upload is compliant and does not contain any objectionable content.
