Rose May Alaba & Feiyr

16.08.2016
“Love Me Right” is the name of the new single by Rose May Alaba, which stormed to the top of the Austrian iTunes single charts this week. The young singer from Vienna has released the song on her own label “Rose May Music” and relies entirely on the cooperation with Feiyr for digital music distribution.

Rose May is the sister of the famous footballer David Alaba and the daughter of George Alaba, former rapper with the 90s pop duo “Two in One”. But she is much more than just a family member of a star footballer. Rose May has talent and determination: she enjoyed early musical education from the age of 4. She composes and writes most of her songs herself and cites her father and mother as her greatest inspiration.

With “Love Me Right”, the talented artist delivers a lively debut single: the number has a fresh sound, cool synthesizers and lots of electronics. Previous G-Stone Recordings artist and DJ Rodney Hunter is responsible for the production.

“We look forward to working with Rose May in the future and we congratulate her on her first chart success,” says Jürgen Vonbank, Label Manager at Feiyr. “It's no surprise that the song has climbed the charts: “Love Me Right” is an upbeat pop tune with high production quality and a contemporary arrangement. Rose May also has a strong social media presence, which is an important success factor when it comes to marketing music. With Feiyr, she has found a new and reliable distribution channel.”
